Do you accept walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins, however only if time permits. It is best to schedule appts. online. Go to our online booking page or contact us via the phone to check for available openings.

Why am I being asked for a credit card number or a deposit?

Untimely cancellations and no-shows are costly. Your credit card number (or deposit in some cases) serves as security, just as it would for a hotel or rental car reservation. Charges to your card are easily avoided by honoring our Cancellation Policy.

Can I bring my own products for you to use during my visit?

No. Unfortunately, due to insurance purposes clients are not allowed to bring in their own products unless prescribed by a medical physician.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely! Our services are the perfect gift. Purchase an Instant Gift Certificate Online, or feel free to stop by the salon to purchase it in person. We encourage recipients to use certificates within one year of purchase. After this time, there will be a $2 per month maintenance fee per certificate.
