Salon Policies

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 HOURS notice of cancellation. No Exceptions.

SATURDAY and same-day cancellation fee: 50% of scheduled service

No-call/no-show: 100% charged according to service.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all  services for new clients.

GUESTS

Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointment. Our salon floor is reserved for clients receiving service(s).  Non-appointed guests will not be allowed beyond the reception area.

NO CHILDREN ages 7 or younger will be permitted without receiving service. This will be strictly enforced. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Clients arriving with young children will be asked to reschedule and charged a 50% scheduled service fee.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, Google Pay, PayPal, and EliteLux Salon Gift Cards.

*No personal Checks are accepted.

Gratuity is not mandatory but greatly appreciated.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to book an appointment, however, deposit amount will be reduced from overall service total.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure timely service to each of our guests; we may need to change or reschedule your booked service(s) if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. There is a 50% non-refundable fee associated with late arrival/reschedules.

Salon Policies: Welcome

Temporary salon policies due to COVID-19 

To ensure safety for everyone we would like to update you on new procedures we are following including:

  •  Temperature will be checked at the door.

  • Must wear a mask at all times NO EXCEPTIONS. (If you do not have one, one can be supplied to you for an additional $2.00)

  • 6 ft distancing will be strictly enforced (We will have markers on the floor as well to remind clients of distancing to help gauge)

  • Absolutely no additional guest at ALL, this does include children. If a child is not receiving a service they are not allowed inside of the salon.

  • One small personal item is allowed such as a purse or wallet all additional baggage will be asked to return to the vehicle. (No exceptions)

  • Eating will be prohibited in the salon (this is due to the fact that you have to remove mask to eat there will be No EXCEPTIONS please plan meals accordingly) 

  • Limited number of guests are allowed in the salon at a time (10), it is really important that we remain compliant. With that being stated it is very important that we remain on a strict time schedule. Any guest that is beyond 15 minutes late to an appt. May be asked to reschedule. 

  • Each stylist is Barbicide COVID-19 certified meaning we have received proper training and instructions on how to properly sanitize and disinfect tools and equipment. We will also have a safety/ disinfection checklist near each station/ salon area that we will follow to ensure that we are properly following safety guidelines.
