If you're having trouble, you can contact us via the phone, however, be advised that appointment requests received via email and voicemail won't receive a reply for at least 24-48 hours.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
We do not make hair care recommendations over the phone. If you would like us to address a specific concern, please book a free 15-minute consultation.
To avoid a scheduling conflict, YOU MUST BOOK A 15-min CONSULTATION as an add-on to your 1st appointment. After your first visit, you're free to select any services from the menu without having to book consultation. If you do not correctly select a service and add-ons, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment at your expense so be sure to give us a call if you have questions, comments, or concerns regarding online booking.
New Client Appointments are booked exclusively online, and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Utilizing our online portal to book your first visit ensures that you are registered properly in our system. Again, feel free to contact us via the phone for any questions regarding services or booking however If you call to book, you will still be redirected to our site to complete online booking.
