Due to hygiene and customization purposes, all t‑shirt and apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong size/design due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email [your email] with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we cannot cancel your order.

5. In‑Salon Promo Tee Discounts
T‑shirt purchases are non‑refundable, even if you are unable to use the special in‑salon promotional discounts offered for wearing your shirt during designated promo periods.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

3. Local Pickup
If you are local to EliteLux Beauty Bar, you may choose Free In‑Salon Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

5. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, EliteLux Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
